STRATEGIC PLAN 2022 - 2025


Strategic planning of the joint-stock company Giraites Ginkluotes Gamykla for 2022 - 2025  consists of three main stages:


  • analysis of environmental factors;
  • anticipating future perspectives;
  • activity planning.

The analysis of environmental factors was performed, during which internal, competitive and external environmental factors were assessed. Moreover, the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were identified, as well as analysis of the market and the competitive environment was performed. The mission, vision, and priorities are the most important strategic provisions that were not changed at the time of writing this strategy document.

The basis for this strategy document became the letter Regarding the goals and expectations set by the state related to the activity of the joint-stock company Giraitės Ginkluotes Gamykla. This letter was approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania on 13 of May in 2019 order no. 1K-148. All strategic directions, strategic goals, tasks and their indicators of the Giraites Ginkluotes Gamykla were reviewed considering the above-mentioned letter. After tasks were formed, envisaged measures to implement these tasks were introduced.

The purpose of the financial statements is to meet the needs of users. It is important to provide accurate information about the company՚s financial situation capabilities and its productivity results. In order to achieve this, the financial statements present information about the entity's assets, liabilities, property, incomes and expenses, including profits and losses.

The company's financial year activity and further prognosis are presented in the annual report.
